After leading Burnside to junior and senior crowns in the high school Theatre Sports competition, Robbie joined the Court Jesters in 1995. After a decade sojourn to Wellington to train at Toi Whakaari/New Zealand Drama School, and to tend bar, Robbie returned to the warm embrace of Christchurch and the Jesters in 2007. Since then, Robbie has toured the country with his award-winning one-man play, Good Enough?, and worked extensively throughout New Zealand and abroad with Capital E! children’s theatre. Currently, Robbie manages Mod’s Hair in Merivale, and has the biggest cat you’re ever likely to see. He’s just big boned! Robbie is a good Kiwi man, loves beer, rugby, can fix anything, swears like a sailor, looks great in short shorts, and irons a fine straight crease. Robbie enjoys long walks on the beach and fish and chips, and is looking for a good dog to share these wonderful things with.
