Kirsty started playing Theatre Sports when it was first introduced into Christchurch in 1991, while teaching and finishing her B.Ed. Since then, she has been entranced by the thrill of improvisation, performing at the Court in between stints writing and directing musicals, hosting and managing shows for CTV, and running the TV promo department of Telstra Clear in Wellington. As one of Lion Breweries’ top salespeople, Kirsty has had a varied and successful career in both the corporate arena and running her own business. She returned to the Court as a professional improviser in 2002, and became manager of the Jesters in 2005. She has been the main thrust in seeing the Court Jesters achieve weekly sell-out shows of Scared Scriptless, and has developed a respected corporate following, organising over 100 corporate events a year. As well as Scared Scriptless, Kirsty has featured in Radio HaHa and A Very Merry Scriptless.
